- Prepare 1 tsp semolina

Quite frankly, it blows my mind that Kerala Parotha, known in some circles as Malabari Parotha (and can also be spelled Parotta, or Paratha - just to complicate things) has not yet taken over the world. Instructions to make Kerala parotha:
- First take maida, semolina,sugar and salt mix well.
- Then add oil mix well..and make a dough with water.
- Then greased with oil and knead it for 5 min and rest it for 15 min.
- Then roll it in long size and grease with oil.
- Then cut strips with pizza cutter or knife and collect all strips together..
- Then make a ball. Grease with oil and roll it with your fingers and pams or u can use roller….
- Then parotha on the tava.Roasted with oil.
- Your Kerala parotha is ready
