Quite frankly, it blows my mind that Kerala Parotha, known in some circles as Malabari Parotha (and can also be spelled Parotta, or Paratha - just to complicate things) has not yet taken over the world.   2. Then add oil mix well..and make a dough with water.
  3. Then greased with oil and knead it for 5 min and rest it for 15 min.
  4. Then roll it in long size and grease with oil.
  5. Then cut strips with pizza cutter or knife and collect all strips together..
  6. Then make a ball. Grease with oil and roll it with your fingers and pams or u can use roller….
  7. Then parotha on the tava.Roasted with oil.
  8. Your Kerala parotha is ready
