- Make ready 2 ts salt, turmeric powder, mustard, coconut oil, jeera

- In a mixer grinder add, coconut, green chilies, jeera and soaked thuvaran dal, make it into smooth paste.
- In a pan add the baked vegetables, curd, grinded paste and a cup of curd. Then cook for 5 minutes.
- In a frying pan add coconut oil allow mustard to crack add curry leaves and add this to avial.
- Aviyal is ready to taste.
