  1. Take 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
  2. Get 8 oz chorizo

  5. Get 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  6. Get 3 extra large flour tortillas (La Banderita brand)
  7. Get 12 slice quesadilla cheese (verolé queso brand)
Instructions to make Chorizo Quesadillas:
  1. In a medium pan add olive oil, and chorizo on medium heat. Using a spatula break the chorizo link up until it resembles ground beef.
  2. Add in onions and bell peppers and cook got 5 minutes. Stiring occasionally. Add lime juice and cilantro, and turn heat down to low.
  3. In a large pan on medium-low heat, add tortilla (1 at a time) and spread 1/3 of the chorizo mix onto half of the tortilla. Top chorizo mix with cheese, and gently fold tortilla in half.
  4. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Slice quesadilla's into quarters and serve with your favorite toppings. I used fresher sliced avocados, roma tomatoes, sour cream, and my favorite herb… cilantro, along side with sliced limes…. I eat them with everything fyi!

The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. You digest these grains quicker than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is actually good for your mood. You knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental focus while relaxing the rest of your body.
