- Take 1 onion chopped

- Marinate the prawns with turmeric, chilli powder, corriander powder, pepper powder and salt for 10 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, garlic and curry leaves and saute till dark brown.
- Add the marinated prawns and fry until the water evaporates and till it becomes completely dry.
- Serve hot with rice, appam or even chapati.
