  1. Take Wheat Flour in a container add oil. Add water as required and knead a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Roll thin round sheets from the dough and semi cook on both the sides. Prepare all the quesadilla bases and keep them aside.
  3. In a container take all the ingredients required for stuffing(paneer, cheese, onion, Capsicum, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, salt) and mix properly
  4. Apply butter and roast quesadilla base flipping sides. Place stuffing on half portion of the crispy base.
  5. Slowly fold the quesadilla and roast on both the sides.
