Instructions to make Sprouts Chana Pakora:
- Grind sprouts and soaked chana with very little water in a mixer jar. Mash the potatoes.
- Now in a big mixing bowl, mix nicely all the ingredients mentioned above including Sprouts chana paste and potatoes except mustard oil.
- Make smooth round balls out of the material and let it rest in refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the balls take a firm shape before going into oil.
- Heat mustard oil in a wok. When it's properly hot, fry the balls until golden brown at medium high flame.
- Please note: when you put the balls in wok, dont touch for 2-3 minutes at all. When it gets a colour from downwards then flip the side in order to avoid breaking of balls in the oil.
- Keep switching the flame from high to medium as and when required. - Serve with sauce, chutney or any dip of your choice:)
