  1. Dice your onion put them in a cooking pan n cook till it browns,add in tomatoes salt and your diced hoho.Let it cook well.
  2. In your spices add the pre-boiled cassava and mix well
  3. Then add your bean but do not mix….because the bean will stick on the bottom of your cooking pan…..let to cook for 5mins
  4. Add some water for suop 1/2 of water n cook till it thickens.The keen for the mixture not to burn.For 5mins.
  5. You can have it as a meal or for breakfast with black tea.Enjoy.

You were already aware that that green tea helps you become healthier. And now you are aware that green tea can help improve your mood also!
