Steps to make Danwake:
  1. Dissolve potassium into a cup of water Sieve ur flour, Bambara nut,wheat and cassava powder add one spoon baobao powder and mix den u add d potassium's water into d dry mixture and form a sticky paste not too water not too hard
  2. Place a pot on fire add ur required water cover and allow to boil then u wash ur hands and add d danwake mixture gradually in small circle size o u can use spoon cover and allow to boil n cook
  3. Slice the cabbage, onions and tomatoes wash and serve with the danwake along with groundnut oil, pepper and maggi

It’s not hard to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all excellent for helping you feel happier. They help you feel full also which can really help to better your mood. Feeling hungry can actually make you feel terrible! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Studies have shown that this amino acid essentially induces brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body.
