  2. Combine soy sauce, mixed pepper paste for marinade and chicken wings in a large bowl or zip lock bag bag. Cling film the bowl or lock ziplock and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
  3. Heat up frying pan add veg oil once its hot; Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry, place in the hot oil and fry till its fried through drain in a pepper towel
  4. Heat up the remaining pepper with a little oil and toss in the chicken wings and mix
  5. Serve and enjoy with a cold red wine
