The ingredients needed to make Quick Sandwich:
  1. Take 4 Brown bread slices
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt/Hung curd
  3. Get 1 tbsp grated cucumber
  4. Take 1 tbsp grated carrot
  5. Take 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  6. Get 1 tbsp ketchup
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Steps to make Quick Sandwich:
  1. In a bowl take hung curd or greek yoghurt, add the dry spices. Now add ketchup. Add grated veggies and mix everything.
  2. Place the filling on one side of the bread slice and cover it with other slice. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices.
  3. You can heat the sandwiches on a non stick tawa with drizzle of oil or grill or u can eat it like this for healthier version.
  4. Cut the sandwiches in triangle. It can be served with any cutney or sauce as per ur taste.
