Classic Hummus is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Classic Hummus is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook classic hummus using 8 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Classic Hummus:
  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup saocked and boiled white chick peas
  2. Prepare 2 table spoon tahini(roasted sesame seeds and crushed with oil)
  3. Make ready 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  4. Take 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. Get 3 teaspoon olive oil
  6. Get 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
  7. Prepare as per taste Salt
  8. Make ready as required Pita bread or bread sticks for serving
Steps to make Classic Hummus:
  1. Add chickpeas in mixer then add tahini paste, chopped garlic,cumin seeds powder,lemon juice.now add olive oil and add salt mix it all together and blend to a smooth mixture.now add little water as you do not want your hummus to be runny. I have use approximately 2 tablespoon water.
  2. Spoon the mixture in a serving bowl and drizzle some olive oil on it and cumin seeds powder.serving with pita bread.

If you want to defeat depression, you should eat some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all high in omega-3s and DHA. Some grains are truly great for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are great at helping you have a happier mood. Green tea is excellent for moods. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is high in a particular amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you be healthier. Now you are aware that it can help improve your mood as well!
