  14. Get Cucumber, Avocado, Radish Sprout, Lettuce, Shiso (perilla)
  15. Get Carrot (*cooked in salted water or sliced into thin strips)
  16. Take Japanese Pickles (radish, ginger, cucumber, etc.)
  17. Take Umeboshi, Natto
