To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook chili mac using 9 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Chili Mac:
- Take 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- Take 2 envelope Chili Seasoning
- Make ready 29 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- Make ready 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Prepare 1 lb Macaroni Noodles (Elbow Noodles)
- Make ready 1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
- Prepare 1 Grated Cheese (whatever kind you'd like, for topping)
- Make ready 1 Onion (Diced, for topping)
- Make ready 1 Sour Cream (for topping)
Instructions to make Chili Mac:
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef (instead of using the onion as a topping, I just cooked it with my meat but you can do whatever you'd like).
- Drain the fat and add the chili seasoning, tomato sauce, and brown sugar.
- Stir to combine and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- While the chili is simmering, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the macaroni and cook according to package directions.
- Drain macaroni and pour into chili pot.
- Add the chili sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve with cheese, onion and sour cream.
- ALSO: you could add bacon and/or green pepper, be creative!! :)

Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that improve the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can greatly elevate your mood.
It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you are eating grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all good for helping you feel happier. These foods can help you feel full for longer also, which is a mood improver. Feeling famished can be awful! These grains can improve your mood because it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. You digest these grains quicker than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
Green tea is actually good for your mood. You were just anticipating to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies prove that this particular amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This helps improve your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to get healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are well aware that it helps you to elevate your moods too!
