- Prepare 1 Bottle Heinz Chili Sauce

- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. The exact amounts will depend on how hot your horseradish is and how much kick you like in your sauce.
- It's best to prepare the sauce a couple of hours ahead so the flavours have time to mingle. The hoseradish might get a little stronger after sitting as well.
- Store in the refrigerator. Keeps for a few days. The shrimp probably won't though, if you are dipping them in this sauce!

You digest these foods quicker than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
