  1. Take 2 large chicken breasts
  2. Make ready 1/3 can progresso tomato basil soup
  3. Get 1 bag of frozen broccoli
  4. Get 2 cup whole wheat rotini pasta
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup cream cheese
  6. Take 1/3 cup sour cream
  7. Take 1 tbsp milk, i used 2%
  8. Take 1 shredded cheddar cheese
  9. Get 1 garlic salt and basil to season chicken
  10. Get 1 sargento wheat crackers smashed up and mixed with melted butter to top casserole

Am I saying that about all my recipes? Because I feel like I'm repeating myself here constantly. But serious, it IS a super easy recipe. Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish.

Instructions to make Creamy chicken bake:
  1. Cook pasta according to instructions and set aside
  2. Preheat oven to 400. Chop chicken into small cubes and season. I used garlic salt, black peppercorns, sea salt, and fresh basil.
  3. In a small sauce pan on low, mix together soup,milk,cream cheese and sour cream.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish and then top with frozen broccoli. Pour sauce mixture on top evenly. And sprinkle the top layer with a handful of cheddar cheese. No bake that baby for 15 minutes. Pasta will be added soon.. I didn't forget! ?
  5. While this is baking melt some butter. I used smart balance, about 2 tablespoons. And then smashed up 8 crackers and mixed them together. (This will go on top last ten minutes)
  6. After 15 minutes stir up that casserole, add ur pasta and then stir it again! Now give it a huge hand full of cheddar to top it and bake another 10minutes.
  7. Top it with ur cracker crumbles bake 10 more minutes. And enjoy!!!

But serious, it IS a super easy recipe. Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish. Spoon soup mixture evenly over the top. This recipe came from an estate sale. This is quick and filling, easy and tasty to make when you're in a rush.

These grains can help your mood elevate since it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood sugar which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Your mood can actually be helped by green tea. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea has been found to be chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time calming your body.
