- Prepare 10 half-rashers Bacon (half slices)

- Make cuts in the middle and remove the seeds.
- Chop up the blue cheese into adequate sizes to pack inside the dates.
- The left ones in this photo are already packed with cheese. You don't need to close them up completely.
- Wrap up each of the dates with half a slice of bacon. Secure each wrap with a toothpick.
- This is how it appears from the side. Make sure to leave a decent gap in-between the dates so that the bacon will be cooked properly.
- Place the secured dates on a double-layered aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes in a 180℃ oven.
- The cheese inside the dates are melting, and they smell really good.
- Remove the toothpicks and dish them up.
