  2. Prepare 10 half-rashers Bacon (half slices)

  2. Make cuts in the middle and remove the seeds.
  3. Chop up the blue cheese into adequate sizes to pack inside the dates.
  4. The left ones in this photo are already packed with cheese. You don't need to close them up completely.
  5. Wrap up each of the dates with half a slice of bacon. Secure each wrap with a toothpick.
  6. This is how it appears from the side. Make sure to leave a decent gap in-between the dates so that the bacon will be cooked properly.
  7. Place the secured dates on a double-layered aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes in a 180℃ oven.
  8. The cheese inside the dates are melting, and they smell really good.
