Eggs, believe it or not, can be actually great at beating back depression. You should be sure, though, that what you make includes the yolk. The yolk is the most crucial part of the egg iwhen it comes to helping you cheer up. Eggs, the yolk especially, are high in B vitamins. These B vitamins are terrific for helping to improve your mood. This is because they help in improving the function of your neural transmitters, the parts of your brain that control your mood. Consume an egg and cheer up!

Grains can be wonderful for driving away a terrible mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are fantastic at helping you have a happier mood. They help you feel full also which can actually help to make your mood better. Feeling famished can actually bring you down! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.
