  3. Mix flour, paprika, seasoned salt and cayenne in a large bowl. Beat two eggs with milk and hot sauce in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in milk mixture then seasoned flour. Shake off excess and carefully place in hot oil. Repeat until you can place enough chicken in the pot without overcrowding.
  5. Fry each chicken breasts for 8-10 minutes on each side. They should be a medium golden brown. Remove to a large cookie sheet that has been lined with brown bags or paper towels. (I keep my oven on 170 and place them on the cookie sheet until they are all done) Enjoy!!
