Instructions to make Khajoor ki mithai:
  1. First of all grind DATES (Khajoor) in the grinder. Then take a pan (Kadhai) and put 2tsp desi ghee in it and then put grind dates (Khajoor) in it. Put pan (Kadhai) on gas (low flame) for 5-10 minutes to bake the dates(khajoor).
  2. After 10 minutes cut dry friuts into small pieces and then put it in pan(kadhai).
  3. Take a little date (khajoor) and then give it the shape of nest. Now cover whole nest with the help of Poppy Seeds (Khas khas)
  4. FOR FILLING(INGREDIENTS)- Milk powder, Milk, Dry fruit, and Green food colour. Grind these all ingridients in the grinder. And then keep it on top of the nest.
  5. And at last you can decorate it with the help of SILVER BALLS.
