- Sieve,mix flour with baking powder then add water,Flour batter should not be too thick and not too watery,in separate bowl break eggs and whisk,add to the batter and make sure you mixed well before adding the rest of your ingredients.
- Set on non_stick pan on heat and grease with little palm oil,pour desired batter and allow to fry then turn other side to fry too.Repeat same process untill batter is finished.
- Serve warm with well ready made garlic pepper that's yaji.
