Instructions to make Tiramisu Pancake:
  1. Tiramisu Pancake
  2. Whisk together the flour and baking powder and sift. Set aside until use.
  3. Add the egg yolk, sugar (B), mascarpone, vegetable oil and cream to a medium bowl and whisk well.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and whisk well.
  5. With an electric mixer fitted with a wire whip, beat the egg whites on high speed in a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar (A) gradually and whip until the mixture is fluffy and stiff. Change the mixer speed to medium and keep mixing for 1 min (to equalize the size of bubbles).
  6. Add half of the egg white mixture (meringue) to the wet mixture and mix until half-mixed.
  7. Add the rest of the meringue and mix well.
  8. Heat a large skillet at low temperature and coat with vegetable oil. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for 3 min or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
  9. Flip the pancake with a spatula to cook the other side.

  11. Add the mascarpone, cream and sugar and whip with a hand mixer until the mixture is fluffy and stiff.
