  5. Cool it completely and loosen the sides and remove the dhokla from the container.
  6. Heat 1 tbsp oil for tempering. Once it is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing and sesame seeds and let them splutter. You can add some green chillies in this. Add this tempering on top of the dhokla. - Enjoy as is or with some mint chutney.
