  1. Get 1 pc Whole Chicken Leg (deboned, skinless)
  2. Take Marinade (mix well in a bowl);
  3. Take 1 pc Egg (whisked)
  4. Prepare 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. Make ready Coating;
  7. Take 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Instructions to make Student Meal: Chicken Katsu (Japanese Chicken Chop):
  1. Marinate the chicken in egg, salt and cornflour for minimum 30 minutes. When ready, coat the chicken in Panko. You can also double coat by dipping the chicken again in the egg and then coat again in Panko.
  2. Heat 1 cup of oil for shallow frying. Fry the chicken until golden brown at least 2-3 minutes each side. Tip: don't immediately fry from the fridge, let it thaw and warm up to room temperature first. To check whether the middle is done, pierce the thickest part with a fork and press it to your lips to see if it's warm. Careful though, you may burn your lips.
  3. Serve with Katsu sauce or Japanese Curry.

Some grains are actually excellent for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really great for helping increase your happiness levels. These grains can help you feel full for longer too, helping you feel better. Feeling hungry can actually make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Green tea is truly excellent for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is found to be chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies prove that this particular amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to become healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know green tea can help improve your mood also!
