  5. Beat room temp butter and shortening until light and fluffy (about 4 minutes)
  6. Add egg and beat until fluffy
  7. Add confectioners sugar 1/2 cup at a time, scraping side down as needed
  8. Squeeze juice from two tangerines and add
  9. Add vanilla extract and food coloring
  10. Let cake cool and frost.

Research has discovered that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed. You likely already knew it is not hard to get healthy when you drink green tea. And now you know it can help improve your mood also!
