  6. Take 1 green chilli chopped
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
  8. Get 1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp. garam masala powder
  10. Prepare 2 pinches roasted cumin powder
  11. Take 1 tbsp. oil
Steps to make Tamagoyaki (Japanese Rolled Omelette):
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a pan and brush with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the egg mix and spread it evenly around the pan. Let it cook for a few seconds.
  3. Place few seaweed sheets (if using) and then roll it over into a shape of a log. Bring it to the center of the pan and brush with some more oil.
  4. Now pour another ladleful of the egg mix and place seaweed sheets (if using). Cook for only a few seconds before rolling it over again.
  5. Again pour a third ladleful of the egg mix & continue in this way till all the egg mix is finished. This is the final roll.
  6. Gently transfer the thick log of rolled omelette to a plate & let it cool for some time. Cut them into thick slices.
  7. Serve with soy sauce, tomato sauce or any chutney if you wish.

They help you feel full too which can really help to improve your mood. Feeling hungry can be a real downer! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not difficult to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your sugar levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were simply expecting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while at the same calming the rest of your body.
