  2. mix wet ingredients together
  3. mix dry ingredients together
  4. combine both with the meat combine well
  5. cook loaf for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
  6. 12 muffin cups 40 minutes, flip over rotate pan, additional 25 minutes, flip over rotate pan, additional 10 minutes
  7. 6 muffin cups cook for 1 hr

Studies prove that this particular amino acid can basically induce brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed. You likely already knew it is not difficult to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are aware that green tea can help you be happier also!
