  1. Prepare 2 cup maize
  2. Prepare 1 cup cassava
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup bean

Steps to make Danwake:
  1. Grind the maize, cassava & beans in the grinding machine mix with the flour & grinded baobab & take a portion of it. Soak the white potassium in water & use it to make a watery dough.
  2. Make sure you squeeze it well, knead & knead gently until the dough looks soft.
  3. Set water on flame & allow it to boil, take portion of the dough & put as shown.
  4. Allow it to boil & boil, do not close the pot entirely. Taste it by picking one & open the inside in cold water.
  5. Serve with maggi seasoning cube, pepper, fried vegetable oil & sliced cucumber.
