  1. Cut the shirataki into suitable size and wash. Cut the tofu into easy to eat size. Mix the ★ ingredients.
  2. Heat a frying pan with butter. Add the drained tofu and shirataki to cook.
  3. Season with the ★ ingredients. Sprinkle with black pepper. Finally garnish with finely chopped green onion and it's done.

They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Studies show that this specific amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body.
