Grains can be great for fighting a bad mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are great at helping you be happier. These grains can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can truly make you feel terrible! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest.
